Eating healthy, on a budget, Part Deux

This subject isn't a series, but as a follow-up to a previous post, here's an interesting article on Eating Healthy and Organic on $7 a Day along with a meal plan of sorts. It is sort of accepted lore that good nutrition isn't cheap, so it's nice to see people countering this myth. On the other hand, not all of the items suggested are easy to come by, and the time needed to acquire and prepare these foods may actually be a hidden cost. As mentioned earlier, WHF addresses these issues as well, and is worth a look.
