Both the math and physics projects use some templates from Wikipedia. These should be more properly adopted and customized. See math:Template:modified Wikipedia template and physics:Template:modified Wikipedia template.
The css of both projects need to be consistent and up to date.
Citations are currently done in various ways. They should eventually be done using the templates, as discussed in the citation guide. This will ensure uniformity in the future.
More subjects need to be structured using the {{prevnext}} template.
All templates need to be listed on Physics:Exportable_pages and kept up to date.

physics:Category:Wikipedia_templates and math:Category:Wikipedia_templates are just ripped from Wikipedia, and need to be cleaned up, attributed, etc.
Some sort of draft Charter or statement of principles is needed!
A lot of citations use the page= parameter instead of pages=. The former does nothing, and a deprecation warning should be generated from the template. Old citations should be sniffed out and fixed.
